When a performing loan transitions into monetary or non-monetary default, MFG assumes responsibility for the administration and financial reporting of the property. Our team of industry veterans formulates a strategic action plan designed to maximize recovery through a repayment plan, foreclosure or, if necessary, disposition of the property. The team includes qualified individuals who have experience in multiple states as receivers for troubled assets under the approval and direction of the court. We support each investment with a detailed business plan and provide investors with rigorous and consistent quarterly updates to identify important milestones and multiple exit strategies.
